Greek Medium Chickpeas
Our chickpeas are a Greek variety called “Gavdos”. They are medium in size and of yellow/brown colour. They have very thin skin so there is no need for peeling during the preparation process. Moreover, due to the fact that they keep all of their skin they are rich in dietary fibers.
The relatively warm and semi-dry climate of the region with little rainfall, the suitable soil type, the well-drained fields with pH 6-8 favour the production of quality chickpeas.

Greek Small Lentils
Our Small Lentils are a purely Greek variety called Dimitra that has adapted perfectly to the region’s climate and soil conditions. They are of small size and light brown colour.
Their full taste and rich “Mediterranean” aroma reflect the purity of the environment they are grown in. They are soft and easy to prepare.

Greek Medium White Beans
The mild local climate, fertile soils of the Axios river and the small family farming favour the cultivation of our medium beans, giving them their outstanding quality.
Buttery texture and rich aroma, thin-skinned, and easy to prepare. When it comes to taste, the beans are usually quite mild whether raw or cooked. They typically have a smooth texture that “melts” when it hits the mouth. Excellent for soups and salads.

Greek Chickpeas Flour
Chickpea flour or “besan” contains a high proportion of carbohydrates, higher fiber relative to other flours, no gluten, and a higher proportion of protein than other flours. We grind raw chickpeas in our own stone mill without using any other product on it, so we can be sure that is totally gluten free.
Chickpeas flour is used in many cuisines and has lots of uses, such as Spanish “tortillitas de camarones” , Italian “Farinata” or even pancakes.
Packaging: 600g, 2.5kg, 25kg
