A FEW WORDS…

The family business of Stavros and Panagiotis Alexakis from Trilofos, Thessaloniki, was built on their pure passion for agriculture. The family has been engaged in the production of agricultural products for four generations.

 

In their first year of operation, they started with a production of 5 tons and with exports to markets such as the Netherlands, Sweden and Austria where they formed 100% of the company’s turnover. Then they decided to open up to the domestic market, which responded to the effort, quickly occupying 50% of the turnover.

 

They now cultivate 700 acres of legumes and grain, divided in half and alternating crops producing 30 tons of legumes. Since 2021 they also have their own packaging facility.

The product with the greatest demand is chickpea, which they process, producing chickpea flour.

While they continue to strongly support traditional methods, they are constantly innovating with new equipment and better ways to perform processes so that they can stay ahead of the competition by providing quality products to their ever-growing customer base worldwide.
